All bold items must be filled in for the event registration, or you can choose to fill out the "Comments" section for more information.

Classes and tours are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon submitting the form below we will contact you to confirm space availability for the event.

Payment in advance is required to secure your spot.

For gift certificates, please fill out comments area with giftee name, amount of gift certificate or event you would like to purchase, and any other information you would like to appear on the gift certificate.
