Intro to Stand Up Paddling - NJ In addition to learning the trick for excellent balance on a paddle board you'll learn proper paddle handling, getting onto and off of your board in shallow and deep water, and basic strokes including forward, reverse, turning and stopping. You'll also learn bracing to help stabilize your board if you feel unsteady. You'll have plenty of time on the water to practice too, making sure you are ready for a lifetime of this fun sport.

SUP Yoga - NJ These SUP Yoga classes will be a blend of paddling and basic yoga poses modified for the stand up paddleboard. Anchors are used during the yoga portions to keep you stationary and provide added stability.
Explore Spruce Run Reservoir and its scenic surroundings, improve your strength, flexibility and balance, and meditate as you gaze upon a setting sun for a total therapeutic experience. These classes are an excellent way to get started in yoga and great for seasoned practitioners as well.
